Eurokool products are sold via a worldwide network of Master Distributors.  Master Distributors receive their product shipments directly from the factory.  The minimum quantity per order is one 20' container or larger as required.  Master Distributors are also required to stock sufficient parts recommended by Eurokool to support the repair and maintenance of the products that they sell.  Spare parts are shipped with each container order at no additional charge to cover immediate warranty replacement.  In addition replacement parts are shipped with subsequent container orders after submission of a warranty claim for parts deemed defective within a period of 90 days from the date of shipment.  Shipments may be made to the most convenient port of entry or door-to-door from the factory.  All order tracking and export documentation is performed by Eurokool.  Eurokool provides production supervision and on-site inspection of the products at the factory location. 

Only one Master Distributor is appointed within an agreed upon geographical area.  The primary criteria are population and land area.   Requests for products from within that area are directed to the master distributor.  Requests for small wholesale quantities are referred to the nearest master distributor.  Master distributors are not restricted to selling only within their area but are encouraged to pursue all nearby business opportunities by selling to dealers and retail customers using all available methods while maintaining reasonable profit margins.  The Eurokool Master Distributor Agreement prohibits master distributors from posting Eurokool branded products on internet auction pages and restricts the listing of Eurokool products for sale on web sites other than the master distributors' web sites.  Master Distributors are expected to provide service for the products that they sell.
